Ingredients
- - 1 lb ground beef
- - 1 pint of tomato juice
- - 1 c. uncooked rice
- - 1c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- - 1/4 c. water
- - 2 tbsp maple syrup
- - 1 pkg. taco seasoning
How To Make easy taco skillet meal

Step 1brown beef in a large skillet with lid

Step 2Add tomato juice, water, taco seasoning,and rice.

Step 3Simmer 45 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring several times. Top with shredded cheese.

Step 4Serve with shredded lettuce, onions, sour cream, and salsa.
