Ingredients

  • - 1 lb ground beef
  • - 1 pint of tomato juice
  • - 1 c. uncooked rice
  • - 1c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • - 1/4 c. water
  • - 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • - 1 pkg. taco seasoning

How To Make easy taco skillet meal

  • Step 1
    brown beef in a large skillet with lid
  • Step 2
    Add tomato juice, water, taco seasoning,and rice.
  • Step 3
    Simmer 45 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring several times. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Step 4
    Serve with shredded lettuce, onions, sour cream, and salsa.
