Easy Taco Melts
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
1/1/2 csalsa, chunky
1 lblean ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can(s)(16.3 oz) grands biscuits
1 cshredded monterey jack or mexican blend cheese
1 csour cream, if desired
How to Make Easy Taco Melts
- In Medium saucepan, cook taco seasoning mix, water, 1/2 cup of the salsa and cooked ground beef until thickened.
Press each biscuit inch 6 inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture and 1 tablespoon of the cheese onto center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling; press well to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 9-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa and sour cream.
