- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef or cube steak
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 1 large green bell pepper (sliced)
- dash salt and pepper
- 1 sm can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 to 3/4 cups ketsup (add to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups water

Step 1In large skillet pat out 4 Large or 6 med hamburger patties (pre cook to med well) in skillet,add sliced veggie,salt and pepper,cook to saute veggies

Step 2add diced tomatoes,ketsup and water,cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 mins until it makes gravy with the burgers or steaks
