easy swedish meatballs
When I was working full time, married, with three small kids at home, I needed quick meals ready to throw together in an instant. This is one that I came up with to do a semi-homemade meal in a flash. The kids loved it, and I knew I had a winner. I hope you find it helps you in a pinch as well.

Ingredients
- 1 package meatballs, frozen
- 1 package sour cream, 8 oz.
- 2 jars beef gravy
- 1 package egg noodles
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- - salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
- - parsley flakes (for garnish)
How To Make easy swedish meatballs

Step 1Bake meatballs according to package directions. Cook egg noodles according to package directions.

Step 2Mix gravy, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large skillet or pot, as you will be adding the meatballs and will need the room. Heat through until the onion is cooked to your liking. Add a little water if it starts getting too thick.

Step 3Add cooked meatballs to gravy mixture and stir them in to coat completely.

Step 4Plate egg noodles, top with meatballs and gravy. Sprinkle parsley for added color.

Step 5Serve with salad and a nice warm bread for a complete meal.
