easy swedish meatballs

great for a party I came up with this recipe by accident and have since used it quite often. If you are short on time or you don't feel comfortable with making your own meatballs you can always go to the frozen section of your grocery store and buy the frozen meatballs and just use the sauce from this recipe it still works.

Ingredients

  • 1 package lbs. lean hambuger
  • 1 - lbs. ground pork
  • 2 - eggs beaten
  • 2 cups cracker crumbs ( i buy mine to make it easy)
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 - tbs. of onion powder
  • 1 - tsp. garlic
  • 5 - tbs. flour
  • - milk

How To Make easy swedish meatballs

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    Mix all meats together
  • Step 3
    add eggs than seasonings add bread crumbs
  • Step 4
    roll into little balls put into sprayed cass. dish. cover with enough milk to cover meat balls. than add flour to milk with a wisk til well blended. baked covered till meatballs are done sauce should thicken on its own as it cooks in the oven . about 45-60 min. can be put over egg noodles for a main dish.
