easy stroganoff
I came up with this recipe after experimenting with some similar stroganoff recipes. My family enjoys it because it's creamy and comforting. I like it because it's easy to make.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1-2 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (depending on how creamy you like your sauce)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- - generous splash Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- - hot cooked noodles or fettuccini

Step 1Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, steak, and mushrooms.
