easy spicy beef w/ noodles

This is a great, easy dish to make w/ lots of flavor, thanks to the peanut sauce. I ususally serve it w/ rice noodles, but any noodles will do.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 - 14 oz cans, low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/3 cup bottled, asian peanut sauce
  • 1-1/2 cup rice noodles, or favorite noodles
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup biased-cut green onions

How To Make easy spicy beef w/ noodles

  • Step 1
    In lg pot, brown beef strips in oil over med-high heat. Add broth and peanut sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir in noodles. Reduce heat to medium.
  • Step 2
    Simmer, uncovered for 5 mins, stirring often. Add broccoli. Bring to a boil once again, then reduce heat. Simmer for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 3
    Divide mix between 4 bowls and sprinkle w/ green onions.
