easy slow cooker pot roast
(1 RATING)
This is a well know receipe made with Lipton Onion Soup however I have added a few other ingredients. I take this to church potlucks and I never have even a bite left. I shared with my sister last week and she was estatic and loved it! She said she will use this receipe from now on. It makes it's own gravy.

How To Make easy slow cooker pot roast
-
Step 1Place Roast in Crock Pot.
-
Step 2In a medium bowl mix all the other ingredients except for 1 can of the cream of mushroom soup. Pour Mixture over roast. Set crock pot on high for 6 hours or on low for 8 hours.
-
Step 3When roast is done remove from crock pot. Put the 2nd can of mushroom soup in crock pot. This makes the gravy.
-
Step 4Side Note: I have also made this with adding potatoes and carrots. I just scoop the veggies out then make the gravy. I have added another package of brown gravy and the can of cream of mushroom soup to make more gravy, and then also added a little milk to this.
