Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound flank steak, cut in thin strips
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- - green onion, garnish
- - brown rice, cooked
How To Make easy slow cooker mongolian beef

Step 1In ziplock bag, add flank steak strips and cornstarch. Shake to coat.

Step 2In medium bowl, combine oil, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar & carrots. Stir. Add coated flank steak and stir until coated in sauce.

Step 3Place all in slow cooker and cook on high 2-3 hours or on low 4-5 hours until cooked throughout.

Step 4Can serve over rice and garnish with green onions if desired.
