Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup low sodium beef broth
- 3 cups halved small red potatoes
- 1 - onion sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 - carrots cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup celery cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme leaves
- 3 to 4 pounds chuck roast
How To Make easy slow cooked pot roast

Step 1Combine soup, broth, potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots, celery and seasonings in a large bowl. Place beef roast into 41/2 quart slow cooker.

Step 2Place vegetable mixture around roast and pour soup mixture over roast and vegetables.

Step 3Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 7-8 hours or until it is fork tender.
