1 clow sodium beef broth
3 chalved small red potatoes

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 Tbspfresh chopped thyme leaves
3 to 4 lbchuck roast
How to Make easy slow cooked pot roast
- Combine soup, broth, potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots, celery and seasonings in a large bowl. Place beef roast into 41/2 quart slow cooker.
- Place vegetable mixture around roast and pour soup mixture over roast and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 7-8 hours or until it is fork tender.
