Economical and so easy to make. My children love this and it does smell so good while baking. I like to serve a fruit salad with it.

1 lb

ground beef
1 can

home style beef gravy
1 c

frozen corn
1 c

frozen peas and carrots
1 tsp

dried minced onion
1 c

1/2 cups left over mashed potatoes
1 Tbsp

butter melted

How To Make easy shepherds pie

cook beef until no longer pink, drain

add gravy vegetables and onion.

spoon into 2 quart baking dish

top with the mashed potatoes.
