Ingredients
- 1-2 pound ground beef
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can crean of mushroom soup
- 1 - egg
How To Make easy salsibury steak

Step 1mix onion soup and egg into ground beef form mixture into individual patties

Step 2fry patties until golden brown and done to taste (medium-well to well preferred) remove from pan and remove as much drippings as possible

Step 3return patties to pan and smother with cream of mushroom soup (may want to add a little water or milk to thin soup mixture to a gravy type constancy) Serve with or over rice or potatoes
