Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepeper, chopped
- 12 ounces can kernel corn
- 8 ounces jalapeno pepper cheese whiz spread
- 3/4 cup favorite barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 small package of corn chips
How To Make easy rio grande supper

Step 1Cook meat, onion and bell pepper and drain. Add all ingredients back in pan except corn chips. Mix and bring to low boil and simmer about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to make sure it does not stick to pan. Spoon into individual serving bowls and top with chips. Even better next day. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
