easy reubun crockpot sandwiches
I love Reubun sanwiches. But the crockpot makes it so easy .. Its all heated threw and just put it on your Toasted bread. So yummy...

Ingredients
- 16 ounces bag of sauerkraut (you find fresh bags where the hot dogs are)
- 1 pound deli-corned beef sliced
- 1\4 pound sliced deli swiss cheese
- - sliced rye bread
- - thousand island dressing
How To Make easy reubun crockpot sandwiches

Step 1Drain sauerkraut and squeeze to remove juice.Then use paper towels to dry kraut.. to remove any kraut juice...then place kraut on bottom of CROCKPOT.. spread it all over evenly.

Step 2Then arrange all the corn beef slices over the kraut.Then arrange all the cheeseover the corn beef.cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Step 3Then toast bread when ready to eat. Cut the stuff in the crock pot in four. Then remove to sandwich add thousand island.. OR you can mix one cup mayo. and half cup of ketchup..It taste just as good..
