Can be served with steak fries, in a hamburger bun, or even with rice. An easy, quick dish that is perfect for busy weeknights. My grandfather used to make this for us and serve it with his homemade steak fries.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 stalk(s)
    celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 large
    onion, finely chopped
  • 2 large
    white mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 4 clove
    crushed garlic
  • 3 - 4 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • ·
    black pepper and salt
  • ·
    * serve with a a1 steak sauce drizzled over

How to Make Easy Mushroom and Celery Hamburger Patties

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, celery, onion, mushroom, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper by hand.
  2. Roll and pat mixture into five thick patties. Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a skillet on medium heat.
  3. Cook patties on both sides until done. Serve with A1 steak sauce drizzled over if desired.
