easy mushroom and celery hamburger patties
Can be served with steak fries, in a hamburger bun, or even with rice. An easy, quick dish that is perfect for busy weeknights. My grandfather used to make this for us and serve it with his homemade steak fries.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 large white mushrooms, finely chopped
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 - 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- - black pepper and salt
- - * serve with a a1 steak sauce drizzled over
How To Make easy mushroom and celery hamburger patties

Step 1In a large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, celery, onion, mushroom, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper by hand.

Step 2Roll and pat mixture into five thick patties. Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a skillet on medium heat.

Step 3Cook patties on both sides until done. Serve with A1 steak sauce drizzled over if desired.
