Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    moores hickory marinade
  • 4 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp
    granulated onion
  • 1 tsp
    thyme, dried-divided
  • 1/2 tsp
    course ground pepper
  • 2 lb
    (4) new york strip steaks
  • 4
    pats unsalted butter
  • 4 pinch
    hickory sea salt

How to Make Easy Marinated Grilled Strip Steaks

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine ingredients 1-6 in a zip-lock bag. Add Steaks and marinate for 30 minutes. Reserve 1/2 of the thyme for grilled steaks.
  2. Preheat grill to high. Spray grill grates with Pam Olive Oil Spray. Grill steaks on both sides for 2-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 130 degrees for medium rare or preferred doneness.
  3. Remove steaks from the grill and place on large platter. Put 1 pat of butter on each steak and top with pinches of remaining thyme & sea salt.
