  • 1-16oz can tomato sauce
  • 1-4oz can mushroom stems/pieces,drained
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt,pepper
  • 2 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 8 slices process american cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Step 1
    cook and stir beef,onion,garlic until brown: drain. stir in sauce,mushroom.sugar,oregano,basil,salt,pepper heat to boiling stirring contantly reduce heat. simmer,stirring occasionally 10 min

    heat oven 400 grease baking dish 8x8x2 mix baking mix,milk,eggs spread half of pan top with 4 cheese slices spoon beef over cheese top with remaining cheese slices sprinkle with parmesan cheese dropremaining dough by spoonfuls unto cheese sprinkle paprika bake untill light brown about 20 min
