I used to make this for my kids and they always said it looks icky but tastes good. They were right! And now as adults they still ask for it. It is an easy, tasty quick main dish. Give it a taste..... :)

Ingredients

  • 4 slice
    bacon
  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 small
    onion ( or use dehydrated onion flakes)
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 8 oz
    medium noodles
  • ·
    garlic salt to taste

How to Make Easy Hamburger Stroganoff

Step-by-Step

  1. Begin to boil noodles while preparing the meat mixture. They cook in about 7 to 8 minutes.

    Using a large covered deep pan, fry bacon to crispy. Remove from pan and drain on a paper towell.
  2. Using bacon drippings, brown hamburger in same pan.
  3. Add onions and sautee with meat. Lower heat to simmer.
  4. Add crumbled crispy bacon and cream cheese. Stir and allow flavors to meld. Cover to complete melting.
  5. Add drained noodles to mixture. Serve and enjoy!
