I always watched a few family members make this except they didnt use the cream of mushroom soup, they used flour and? i tried but couldnt get the flour mixture down, so i found my own super easy way that tastes the same.

- hamburger
- lg. onion
can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste

How To Make easy hamburger gravy

Step 1

put hamburger and cut up onion in a fry pan, cook till hamburger is browned

Step 2

drain grease,
Step 3

put back in fry pan, set a side, take the cream of mushroom soup and dump in bowl,add 1/2-3/4 soup can with milk, mix well, dump over hamburger mixture in frying pan, mix together, simmer for a few minutes, serve over mashed potatoes or bread.
