I always watched a few family members make this except they didnt use the cream of mushroom soup, they used flour and? i tried but couldnt get the flour mixture down, so i found my own super easy way that tastes the same.

Ingredients

  • ·
    hamburger
  • ·
    lg. onion
  • can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • I DID NOT ADD HOW MUCH OF EACH ITEMS BECAUSE IT DEPENDS HOW MUCH OF IT YOU WILL BE MAKING

How to Make Easy Hamburger Gravy

Step-by-Step

  1. put hamburger and cut up onion in a fry pan, cook till hamburger is browned
  2. drain grease,
  3. put back in fry pan, set a side, take the cream of mushroom soup and dump in bowl,add 1/2-3/4 soup can with milk, mix well, dump over hamburger mixture in frying pan, mix together, simmer for a few minutes, serve over mashed potatoes or bread.
