easy ground beef & cheddar muffins

I am always looking for quick & easy recipe. This one is so easy and versatile you can use ground turkey or chicken and any seasoning or cheese you like. My family loved them I cooked up extras wrapped them in foil, placed them in freeze bags & froze them. Pop in the microwave or toaster oven for a quick meal. They are great on the go to take to school or work for lunch.

Ingredients For easy ground beef & cheddar muffins

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • onion seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pkg
    grands biscuit
  • cheddar cheese
  • cooking spray

How To Make easy ground beef & cheddar muffins

    Brown beef with onion seasoning, salt & pepper, I used onion onion, you can use any seasoning or even grated onion, drain the grease
  • Add cheese before the beef

    Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray take the uncooked biscuit and place it in the muffin pan bringing it up on the sides to make a well, sprinkle some of the cheddar on the dough

    fill the center with the cooked beef, sprinkle more cheddar and some parsley on top. Bake 375 degrees for about 20 mis.
