frozen philly steak meat
3 clove
garlic, minced
2 c
frozen broccoli florets
1 tsp
cilantro, dried or 1 tbsp fresh, torn
1/4 tsp
ginger powder
1 Tbsp
scant 1/4 c
brown sugar, not packed
approx. 3 Tbsp
gluten-free soy sauce (lachoy or sanj)
1 Tbsp
lime juice
cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp
black pepper, or to taste
ground cloves or allspice
cooked rice

How to Make Easy Garlic Beef & Broccoli


  • 1Gather ingredients. Heat large non-stick frying pan to med-high. Start cooking rice. While rice is cooking, place frozen Philly steak patties into pan; cook 2-4 minutes until brown on bottom, flip patties. Add next 3 ingredients; cook until patties are loose and almost cooked, approx. 1-2 minutes. Break apart patties and cook through. Drain. Add next 2 ingredients, coat meat mixture thouroughly. Add next 6 ingredients, stir and cook for about a minute, until slightly thickened. Serve over fluffed & steamed rice (when rice is done, you should be done cooking!).
