How to Make Easy Fried Burritos
- Brown hamburger with onions and drain. Add green chiles, taco seasoning, and ketchup; simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from stove and let cool a little before spooning on tortillas.
- Cut velveta into slices. Put a large spoonful of meat in the middle of tortilla and top with half a slice of Velveta. Roll tortillas and fry in electric skillet with 1/2" oil until golden brown.
- As the burrito's come out of the skillet drain on cookie sheet covered with paper towels to soak up any extra oil. Put a layer of paper towels between layers of burritos. Bake in oven at 200' to keep warm until served.
