While nursing @ a long-term care facility, the daughter of a patient gave me this recipe. It is very easy and was a big hit with my three children.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 package floured tortillas
- 1 jar enchilada sauce ( can or jar)
- 1 package schredded cheese of your choice, i use mexican cheeses
- 8-16 ounces sour cream, lite
How To Make easy enchilados

Step 1Brown 1 lb. of ground beef, I use ground chuck. Drain off grease.

Step 2Add 1 block of cream cheese til well blended.

Step 3Roll meat mixture up into floured tortillas (tightly).

Step 4Line prepared tortillas in baking dish, pour on jar or can of enchilado sauce. Cheese can be added to top during baking or after removed from oven.

Step 5Bake @ 350 degrees for approx. 25 minutes.

Step 6Sour cream is optional. My family like to use it as a dip.
