    frozen burritos ( i usually buy them in a bag)
  • 1 can(s)
    red enchilada sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    chili with no beans
  • 8 oz
    grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Easy Enchiladas


  1. Place frozen burritos in a baking dish.
  2. Mix enchilada sauce and chili together.
  3. Pour over burritos and top with cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  5. *Hint - You can add any ingredient that you would find in a mexican dish (black olives, jalapenos, etc). I also enjoy serving this with sour cream and chopped lettuce and tomato to top after baking.
