These meatballs freeze well so don't be afraid to double or triple the recipe. This is a basic meatball, so don't be afraid to mix spices into the raw meat mix to create Italian, BBQ, whatever your menu calls for. By mixing everything in the food processor, you save at least 10-15 minutes prep time and the meatballs have a better texture. The 80/20 or 85/15 mix keep the meatball juicy. Leaner mixes tend to dry them out after baking.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound 80/20 or 85/15 ground beef
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup finely minced sweet onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- BBQ SAUCE
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce (jack daniels or bullseye preferred)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup finely minced sweet onion
How To Make easy & delicious meatballs

Step 1In food processor mix oats and dry spices until finely ground and mixed.

Step 2To food processor add egg, onion, and evaporated milk and mix together.

Step 3In large mixing bowl combine ground beef and spice/wet mix and thoroughly incorporate them.

Step 4Lightly spray edged baking tray with non-stick spray

Step 5Roll into golfball sized meatballs and place closely on tray.

Step 6Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.

Step 7Drain any grease off meatballs. Transfer to crockpot on low for potluck/tailgate (make extra sauce for crockpot) or serve in as main course.
