My husband bought a new crock for me. I just had to try it out. I had leftovers in the refrigerator. I added what I thought it needed and it came out great!!

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    finely diced tomatoes
  • 1 jar(s)
    brown gravy
  • 1 lb
    beef stew meat ( or cut up beef)
  • 4 medium
    potatoes, medium
  • 3 medium
    carrots
  • 1 stick
    celery
  • 1 small
    onion
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasonings
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper

How to Make Easy Crockpot Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. add tomatoes and gravy to slow cooker.
  2. cut up potatoes,onions, carrots and celery.
  3. place potatoes, carrots in crock. add meat, onions and celery.
  4. add 2 cups water
  5. let cook for the day. add seasonings an hour before serving.
