My husband bought a new crock for me. I just had to try it out. I had leftovers in the refrigerator. I added what I thought it needed and it came out great!!

1 can finely diced tomatoes
1 jar brown gravy
1 pound beef stew meat ( or cut up beef)
4 medium potatoes, medium
3 medium carrots
1 stick celery
1 small onion
1 teaspoon italian seasonings
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

How To Make easy crockpot stew

Step 1

add tomatoes and gravy to slow cooker.

Step 2

cut up potatoes,onions, carrots and celery.
Step 3

place potatoes, carrots in crock. add meat, onions and celery.
Step 4

add 2 cups water
Step 5

let cook for the day. add seasonings an hour before serving.
