After reading many recipes for chili, I came up with my own version. This is super easy and kid friendly. You can add cut-up veggies to add in. My husband requests this every week.

2 lb
meat, hamburger or turkey
2 can(s)
chili beans
1 can(s)
black beans, canned
2 can(s)
rotel
1 can(s)
southern ranch beans
1 can(s)
pinto beans
1 can(s)
kidney beans, canned
1 pkg
chili seasoning
2 can(s)
seasoned tomatoes for chili
1 tsp
salt and pepper
1 tsp
garlic

How to Make Easy Crockpot Chili

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pour all canned items into crockpot and turn on low heat. Drain Rotel for mild heat. For more heat, add hot Rotel, or 2 cans Rotel not drained. Pour in the package of chili seasoning and mix well.
  • 2Season well with salt, pepper and garlic and cook the hamburger or turkey meat until done and drain. Add to the crockpot.
  • 3Cook on low for about 2 hours or longer.
