easy crockpot chili

After reading many recipes for chili, I came up with my own version. This is super easy and kid friendly. You can add cut-up veggies to add in. My husband requests this every week.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds meat, hamburger or turkey
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 can black beans, canned
  • 2 cans rotel
  • 1 can southern ranch beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can kidney beans, canned
  • 1 package chili seasoning
  • 2 cans seasoned tomatoes for chili
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic

How To Make easy crockpot chili

  • Step 1
    Pour all canned items into crockpot and turn on low heat. Drain Rotel for mild heat. For more heat, add hot Rotel, or 2 cans Rotel not drained. Pour in the package of chili seasoning and mix well.
  • Make sure you drain your meat!
    Step 2
    Season well with salt, pepper and garlic and cook the hamburger or turkey meat until done and drain. Add to the crockpot.
  • The finished chili
    Step 3
    Cook on low for about 2 hours or longer.
