Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can(s)
    campbell's french onion soup
  • 1 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    sherry cooking wine
  • 1 pkg
    egg noodles (or rice)

How to Make Easy Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown the stew meat in a skillet.
  2. Place into the crockpot.
  3. Pour the french onion soup and cream of mushroom soup, over the stew meat. Cook on low for 8 hours (or more doesn't hurt).
  4. Add the Sherry cooking wine and sour cream, shortly before serving.
  5. Pour over the cooked egg noodles (or cooked rice), serve and enjoy!
