How to Make Easy Crockpot Beef Stroganoff
- 1Brown the stew meat in a skillet.
- 2Place into the crockpot.
- 3Pour the french onion soup and cream of mushroom soup, over the stew meat. Cook on low for 8 hours (or more doesn't hurt).
- 4Add the Sherry cooking wine and sour cream, shortly before serving.
- 5Pour over the cooked egg noodles (or cooked rice), serve and enjoy!
