How to Make Easy Crockpot Beef Stew
- If the beef stew isn't already cubed into your preferred size, cut it down. Sometimes if I have huge chunks, I cut them into smaller cubes.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper together. Toss stew meat in the mixture. (How you choose to go about doing this is up to you. I just dumped the mixture onto the meat and stirred it around. You could toss it in a bowl with a lid to it or put in a plastic bag and shake it up-whatever works for you.)
- (At this point you could heat up some oil in a large pan and brown the beef but I was too lazy to do this.) Add meat to crockpot. Add chopped onion, celery, minced garlic. Pour broth and worcestershire sauce over the meat. Give it a stir.
- Cover with lid and set to LOW. Cook for 8-9 hours or until tender. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
