easy crock pot brisket
(1 RATING)
This is the easiest, most delicious brisket you can make. It stays in the Crock Pot, so you don't have to tie up the oven for hours and hours, and it falls apart when ready to eat! I combined several recipes for the marinade and sauce to make it my own. Hope you love it as much as my family does! This goes well with mashed potatoes or a crusty bread. Serve with a sald or veggies to complete the meal.

Ingredients
- 4-5 pounds beef brisket
- 3 cups bbq sauce- your favorite (mine is cattleman's or stubb's)
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make easy crock pot brisket
-
Step 1Keep Crock Pot on Low setting.
-
Step 2Place all the sauce ingredients in your slow cooker. Stir well to blend.
-
Step 3Place Brisket in Crock Pot and coat well with sauce. Add enough water to cover the brisket. Push down into the sauce to cover. (keeps it moist)
-
Step 4Keep lid on for 8-10 hours. Mmmm...so delicious.
-
Step 5*Just a note: If you want a sweeter sauce/marinade, use 1 cup of brown sugar added to the sauce before slow cooking. Stir well. It does change the flavor of the sauce.
