Ingredients
- 1 - boneless top round steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 1-3/4 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 - onion, sliced
- 3 cups no-yolk noodles
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
How To Make easy-creamy beef and noodles

Step 1Season steak w/ a pinch of pepper. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place over med-high heat. Brown steak until fully cooked.

Step 2Remove steak from pan. Stir into the skillet, the soup, broth, water and onion. Heat to a boil, stirring often. Stir in noodles. Reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring until noodles are tender.

Step 3Stir in the yogurt. Return steak to pan. Cook, stirring, until bubbly. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
