Ingredients

  • 1
    boneless top round steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 pinch
    of pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-3/4 c
    beef broth
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • 3 c
    no-yolk noodles
  • 1/2 c
    low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp
    chopped fresh parsley

How to Make Easy-creamy beef and noodles

Step-by-Step

  1. Season steak w/ a pinch of pepper. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place over med-high heat. Brown steak until fully cooked.
  2. Remove steak from pan. Stir into the skillet, the soup, broth, water and onion. Heat to a boil, stirring often. Stir in noodles. Reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring until noodles are tender.
  3. Stir in the yogurt. Return steak to pan. Cook, stirring, until bubbly. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
