This is a very tasty and quick meal. Children to adults love this. I like to top it with crispy bacon but it is good without as well. I love a good quiche, don't you? If serving to a male, then it becomes a Hambuger pie. ;)

Ingredients

  • ·
    9 inch deep dish frozen pie shell
  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    milk or half and half
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c
    chopped yellow onion
  • 1 12 c
    shredded cheddar or swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper each
  • 3
    slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

How to Make Easy Cheeseburger Quiche

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain.
    Mix mayonnaise, milk, cornstarch and eggs. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper.
  2. Pour into unbaked frozen deep dish pie shell. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until center is set. *Top with the bacon or tomatoes - put on for the last 5 minutes of baking if desired.

    Can also top with a few dill pickle slices after baking or a combination!
