How to Make Easy Burritos

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef (use ground turkey for a healthy alternative). Add chopped onion just before the beef is finished (add earlier if you like your onions soft). Add salt and pepper.
  2. In a saucpan, mix the large can of cream of mushroom soup, small can cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Rotel, water, and milk. Simmer on medium heat until the sauce is hot - but don't let it bubble.
  3. Wrap a serving of ground beef in a tortilla. Smother the tortilla with the soup sauce. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
