Ingredients For easy burritos

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    rotel (hot or mild)
  • 1 sm
    onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream, lite
  • 1 pkg
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    1% milk
  • dash
    salt and pepper
  • 1 pkg
    tortillas, flour

How To Make easy burritos

  • 1
    In a skillet, brown the ground beef (use ground turkey for a healthy alternative). Add chopped onion just before the beef is finished (add earlier if you like your onions soft). Add salt and pepper.

    In a saucpan, mix the large can of cream of mushroom soup, small can cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Rotel, water, and milk. Simmer on medium heat until the sauce is hot - but don't let it bubble.

    Wrap a serving of ground beef in a tortilla. Smother the tortilla with the soup sauce. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Enjoy!
