Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can rotel (hot or mild)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup sour cream, lite
- 1 package mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- dash salt and pepper
- 1 package tortillas, flour
How To Make easy burritos

Step 1In a skillet, brown the ground beef (use ground turkey for a healthy alternative). Add chopped onion just before the beef is finished (add earlier if you like your onions soft). Add salt and pepper.

Step 2In a saucpan, mix the large can of cream of mushroom soup, small can cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Rotel, water, and milk. Simmer on medium heat until the sauce is hot - but don't let it bubble.

Step 3Wrap a serving of ground beef in a tortilla. Smother the tortilla with the soup sauce. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Enjoy!
