cream of mushroom soup, fat-free

cream of chicken soup

rotel (hot or mild)

onion (chopped)

sour cream, lite

How to Make Easy Burritos


  • 1In a skillet, brown the ground beef (use ground turkey for a healthy alternative). Add chopped onion just before the beef is finished (add earlier if you like your onions soft). Add salt and pepper.
  • 2In a saucpan, mix the large can of cream of mushroom soup, small can cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Rotel, water, and milk. Simmer on medium heat until the sauce is hot - but don't let it bubble.
  • 3Wrap a serving of ground beef in a tortilla. Smother the tortilla with the soup sauce. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
