Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1 package sharp cheddar cheese cubed small
- 2 dashes salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 jar your favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 package hoagie rolls
How To Make easy breezy beefy cheesy meatball subs!

Step 1In a large bowl, combine ground beef, italian seasoning, eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Mash with your hands until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly together.

Step 2Take out a meatball sized portion from the bowl and flatten into a small pattie, place one small cube of cheese in the middle of the pattie and then roll up the meat around it until the meat resembles a ball.

Step 3Continue this process until all the meat is made into meatballs. Fry in a pan until completely cooked, drain and place desired amount of meatballs on each hoagie roll.

Step 4Spoon spaghetti sauce over the meatballs and serve with chips or your favorite side!
