easy beefy shepards pie
My mother in law made this without the seasonings, I added those and it made a big difference, so yummy. This is my son Seans favorite dinner. He asks for it all the time and its so easy to make.

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 3 cups prepared mashed potatoes ( instant is good in this) or leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded sharp chedder

Step 1Brown the ground beef, Drain well, then place in the bottom of a casserole dish, sprinkle with seasoning's

Step 2meanwhile prepare and set aside the mashed potatoes.

Step 3Pour the cans of corn evenly over the meat, then spread the mashed potatoes over that.last, sprinkle with the cheese.

Step 4Bake in 350' oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on how bubbly you want the cheese.
