easy beef stew
(1 RATING)
This is so simple, and very tasty. My family loves this beef stew. When I bake a roast I always save the extra for stew. I think it tastes better, than just cooked beef.

How To Make easy beef stew
-
Step 1In a crock pot add precooked roast, and all the chopped, and frozen vegetables.
-
Step 2Stir the gravy mix with the water and pour over roast.
-
Step 3Cook on high until vegetables are tender.
-
Step 4You can add any vegetables you like. I like using fresh or frozen. I don't recommend using canned vegetables. I made this the other day and added sliced mushrooms with the other vegetables and it was very good.
