Ingredients
- 1 3/4 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 can 10.5 oz. condensed french onion soup. don't add water
- 1 can 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1 can 16 oz. sliced carrots - drained
- 1 can 16 oz. green peas - drained
- 1 can 16 oz. corn - drained
- 8 - small to medium potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 cup bottled plain barbecue sauce
How To Make easy beef stew

Step 1Line your crock pot or spray with non stick spray. Put in your stew meat. Next your french onion soup and your can of diced tomatoes. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours

Step 2About 1 hour before you are ready to serve. Peal and dice your potatoes and cook in water in a sperate pot. While you potatoes cook. Add barbecue sauce to meat mixture and stir. Add cans of drained veg.

Step 3When potatoes are done, drain off water and mix with meat and veg. mixture. I ususally use a big bowl, because my crock pot won't hold it all.

Step 4This stew needs no thickening or extra salt. Eat and enjoy
