Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound ground beef
- 2 cans (10 ounces) tomato soup
- 1-1/2 to 2 cups macaroni, elbow
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper (optional).
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes (optional))
How To Make easy beef goulash

Step 1Brown ground beef, onions and green pepper in a large skillet (about 5 to 8 minutes)

Step 2Cook elbow noodles for 9 minutes. Add both cans of soup, salt and pepper, Italian seaoning, diced tomatoes and garlic powder to the cooked and drained ground beef. Simmer until the noodles are cooked.

Step 3Drain noodles and add to the mix. Stir well. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese, if desired.
