Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans (10 ounces) tomato soup
  • 1-1/2 to 2 cups macaroni, elbow
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper (optional).
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes (optional))

How To Make easy beef goulash

  • Step 1
    Brown ground beef, onions and green pepper in a large skillet (about 5 to 8 minutes)
  • Step 2
    Cook elbow noodles for 9 minutes. Add both cans of soup, salt and pepper, Italian seaoning, diced tomatoes and garlic powder to the cooked and drained ground beef. Simmer until the noodles are cooked.
  • Step 3
    Drain noodles and add to the mix. Stir well. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese, if desired.
