- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley flakes, chopped
- 1 cup rice
How To Make easy beef au poivre

Step 1Brown meat with onions & garlic, drain. Add salt & pepper. Add 1/2 cup of broth & rice. Gradually add remaining broth as rice cooks until rice is tender.

Step 2Add cream & parsely flakes. Allow to thicken slightly. Serve over slice of bread.

Step 3Note: you can add additional broth & cream to make more of the sauce if you would like. Just give it time to thicken a little.
