From growing up in a large family, my step mother would prepare a quick and easy meal such as this (Homemade Burritos)...shortly after she came home from a LONG HARD DAY at work. If you read my NOTE,I give instruction on how to prepare this fast recipe in the microwave. I made these Burritos while I was homeless and living out of a Motel. I'm passing it to you!
1In a medium to large skillet brown Ground Beef on Medium heat.(Drain remaining fat from skillet)
2After Ground Beef is browned (to your liking) add 1 can of Vegetarian or original Re-fried beans to skillet. Mix well
3After opening the Flour tortillas fill them with the mixed Ground Beef and re-fried bean mixture
4Add cheese and fold tortillas from each corner EAT & ENJOY!!
Note: This meal can be made from a Microwave!! In a microwave safe dish brown the Ground Beef mixing often. Add re-fried beans, mix well. Fill tortillas with ground beef mixture and cheese EAT and ENJOY!
