How to Make Easy and Fast and a little spicy
- Brown the hamburger meat, I don't add any additional seasoning, but you can, if you'd like.
To make for an easy clean up, I use a sauce pan for this, since I mix everything together.
- After the meat has been browned, add the can of corn (drained) to the saucepan, as well as the spiced tomatoes. (I use either Rotel or the generic, whichever I have on hand).
Simmer for about 20 minutes or so, until all of the flavors have mixed to your taste.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the oven, as you begin the cooking process.
