1Brown the hamburger meat, I don't add any additional seasoning, but you can, if you'd like.
To make for an easy clean up, I use a sauce pan for this, since I mix everything together.
2After the meat has been browned, add the can of corn (drained) to the saucepan, as well as the spiced tomatoes. (I use either Rotel or the generic, whichever I have on hand).
Simmer for about 20 minutes or so, until all of the flavors have mixed to your taste.
3Warm the corn tortillas in the oven, as you begin the cooking process.
