Fast & easy. Kids always *love* this =) Can be made in the morning before work, or the night before, so when you get home you just pop it in the oven and eat in about a half hour.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
tomato soup
4 or 5 medium
potatoes
1 can(s)
green beans, drained
1 lb
ground beef
1 tsp
parsley
1/2 tsp
oregano
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
salt
4
slices of american cheese (optional)
milk (to taste) in mashed potatoes
butter/margarine to taste in potatoes

How to Make Easiest EVER Shepherd's Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1make mashed potatoes, add a little more milk than usual. Set aside.
  • 2brown ground beef. drain well. set aside
  • 3in a casserole dish, combine cooked beef, tomato soup, drained green beans, salt, pepper, parsley & oregano. mix well.
  • 4cover with mashed potatoes. You can sprinkle on grated cheese or cover with slices of American cheese on top if you like
  • 5bake in covered casserole dish, 350 degrees for about half an hour - until the meat mixture in the bottom is bubbly hot
  • 6take out of oven & let stand uncovered for about 10 mins before serving
