Fast & easy. Kids always *love* this =) Can be made in the morning before work, or the night before, so when you get home you just pop it in the oven and eat in about a half hour.

Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 4 or 5 medium potatoes
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 - slices of american cheese (optional)
- - milk (to taste) in mashed potatoes
- - butter/margarine to taste in potatoes
- EQUIPMENT
- 2 - quart casserole dish with lid
How To Make easiest ever shepherd's pie

Step 1make mashed potatoes, add a little more milk than usual. Set aside.

Step 2brown ground beef. drain well. set aside

Step 3in a casserole dish, combine cooked beef, tomato soup, drained green beans, salt, pepper, parsley & oregano. mix well.

Step 4cover with mashed potatoes. You can sprinkle on grated cheese or cover with slices of American cheese on top if you like

Step 5bake in covered casserole dish, 350 degrees for about half an hour - until the meat mixture in the bottom is bubbly hot

Step 6take out of oven & let stand uncovered for about 10 mins before serving
