How to Make Dyno-o-mite Asian Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Asian Sauce:
    1 cup Apricot Jam
    1/2 cup hoisin sauce
    1/2 cup rice vinegar
    1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  2. Line 2 sheets with foil and grease..
Combine meat, eggs breadcrumbs, hoisin sauce and ginger. Shape into walnut size balls, making approx 60 balls. Bake at 375 for approx 25 minutes , turning at half time. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Mix sauce ingredients in pot and heat till well blended. Add meatballs , stir and serve.
I cut this recipe in half as there is just two of us.
    TIP:
I freeze my fresh ginger and take it out 5 minutes before grating. I always have fresh ginger and it never spoils.
