Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - 26 ounce canned or jarred sauce (i use ragu)
- 1 can (12 ounce) tomato paste
- 2 pounds green bell peppers, cut into 1" strips
- 2 pounds red bell peppers, cut into 1" strips
- 2 large onions, cut into 1
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 cups water (i use as needed)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less for your taste)
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (more or less for your taste)
- 2 packages sub rolls (or your favorite rolls)
How To Make dynamites

Step 1In large dutch oven, cook ground beef until browned,over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Drain.

Step 2Add cooked beef to dutch oven and add all remaining ingredients (add water as needed). Cover and simmer for up to 4 hours.

Step 3Serve hot on your favorite sub roll with a side of potato chips, or macaroni or potato salad!
