Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    butter or oleo
  • 2 lb
    frozen potato - cottage, french, or round
  • 1 can(s)
    french fried onions
  • 1 jar(s)
    5 oz dried beef torn in 1" pieces

How to Make Dried Beef and Potato Quickie

Step-by-Step

  1. Put butter in large shallow pan and set in 450 degree oven to melt. Add potato to melted butter and stir gently. Heat stir occasionally about 12 minutes. Push potatos aside and scatter dried beef over butter. Sprinkle potatos with onion rings bake 3 minutes longer. Toss to mix. Serve with catsup if desired. Serves 6.
