double cheese hamburger casserole
I adopted this recipe from JAP, tried it and it turned out yummy! My family and my sons friend really liked it and we ate it all up. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces package of noodles, uncooked
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 16 ounces can of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package monterey jack or mozzarella cheese
How To Make double cheese hamburger casserole

Step 1Cook the noodles as directed on the package or to your tenderness and than drain.

Step 2While the noodles are cooking, cook and stir the meat and the onion in a large skillet until the meat is brown.

Step 3Drain off the excess fat.

Step 4Mix together in a bowl the hamburger,noodles tomato sauce, salt, cream cheese, cottage cheese and the sour cream. (Note you might want to blend up the cream cheese, which would be easier to mix with)

Step 5Pour into a covered baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven until hot, about 30 minutes or a little long depending on your oven.

Step 6The last 10 minutes sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over the top.

Step 7Serve imediately. Enjoy!!!
