Ingredients For double cheese delight

  • 4 oz
    uncooked medium noodles
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/3 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped celery, or more to your liking
  • 1 can
    (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg
    (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1 md
    tomato

How To Make double cheese delight

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350^. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and celery until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce and salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and noodles.

    Pour into ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Slice tomato; arrange on top. Cover; bake 30 minutes.
