I used to make this often when all the kids were still at home. There was always enough for drop ins. A big green salad on the side was all that was needed .

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large bell pepper chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can rotel tomatoes orginal flavor chopped (do not drain)
- 4 cups grated mild or sharp cheese
- 1 large bag dorito chips (original flavor)
How To Make dorito casserole

Step 1Brown meat in skillet with onions and bell peppers, drain, stir into soups and tomatoes

Step 2open bag of chips and crush chips by squeezing bag in hands. Pour 1/2 in 9X13 baking dish.

Step 3Pour half of meat/soup mixture over chips then layer with 1/2 of cheese. Repeat all layers using all ingredients and ending with cheese.

Step 4Cook 20 min at 350 until cheese bubbles. Serve hot.
