This is a recipe I created myself and my husband named it! lol! It has become extremely popular amongst our family, friends and beyond! I hope you enjoy its easy preparation and savory flavor!!

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs
    beef stew meat, cubed
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste, (we like a lot of pepper)
  • 1pkg
    good seasons italian dressing mix
  • 2 cans
    cream of mushroom soup
  • ·
    onion powder to taste
  • 1 c
    red wine
  • 6 oz
    beef broth
  • 2pkgs
    mccormick brown gravy mix (combined into 1 cup of water)

How to Make Dori's Tender Tips

Step-by-Step

  1. Place stew meat in a large slowcooker. No need to brown it! Season with salt, pepper and onion powder. Add italian dressing mix. Pour on mushroom soup. Add beef broth and red wine. Cook on low for about 8 hours. In the last 1/2 hour, mix in gravy mixture.



    Server over egg noodles or rice...its up to you. We used egg noodles.
