This is one of my faves and it's so easy easy easy!!!

You can use leftover taco meat or just brown up some ground beef or whatever other meat you choose.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    ground beef or leftover taco meat
  • 1/2 c
    salsa, blended
  • 4-6 slice
    velveeta cheese
  • ·
    salt, pepper, onion powder, chili powder
  • ·
    scoops or other chips for dipping

How to Make Donna's Easy Queso Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. If using leftovers, heat up your taco meat. Otherwise...
    Brown ground beef, drain off fat & sprinkle with seasonings to taste.
  2. Pour salsa over ground beef and heat till just boiling. Add velveeta, turn down heat and stir till melted. Enjoy with chips!
  3. Doubles, triples, etc really well. Also change up the meat flavors as desired. :)
